In Fortaleza, we caught the sun. I was told that here it rains a lot less. Javier, a English friend met last year in Natal, called me while I was in Rio to give me the address of a hotel, we could not ask for a better result. This city is definitely leading tourist resort and the beaches are much better organized. Excellent is the structure of the "Cross" to Praia do Futuro. The prices are definitely more affordable both for food (if you go to Fortaleza eat the flesh of the sun "), hotels, and life in general.
Before leaving I had been told to stay in guerdia especially at night due to frequent attempts at robbery. My experience was very positive and I have not encountered any problems. The place is nice though, I expected much more lively.
