Trailer Boler Sale New York

Henrich Böll, Martin Niemoeller, Bertold Brecht against the sloth and indifference

Henrich Böll
When Hitler came to power, the first who went to fetch were trade unionists, communists and socialists. But I was neither unionist nor communist, nor socialist, and then said, "What do I care?". Then he sent for the Christians, Protestants and Catholics, and I was neither Protestant nor Catholic, and I said, 'What do I care? ". When they came for the Jews said, "But I'm not jew so why should I hate?". The result was that when they came for me there was no one to complain about my capture.

Martin Niemoeller
First they came for the Jews and I did not say anything because they do not I was a jew.
Then they came for the Communists and I did not say anything because I was not a Communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists and I did not say anything because I was not union.
Then they came for me. And there was no one left who could say anything.

Bertold Brecht
First of all they came for the gypsies, and I was happy because pilfered.
Then they came for the Jews and I said nothing because I was being disagreeable.
Then they came for the Communists and I did not say anything because I was not a Communist.
One day they came to pick me and there was nobody left to protest.
